Probably will get no response in this thread. But In Virginia I can only fine 1 Book with a phone number to resolve any issues. That book is Caesar's. The problem was on my end, but their customer service resolved it very simply for me. What other US books have a Ph # to ask a question? I may have asked this once before, but only got a No. for problem gambling... ABSOLUTELY NOT MY QUESTION/ Thanks
